All items and co-operation suppliers are subject to stringent quality control checks. Betrue will check the highest percentage of goods to the highest standard in the industry. With our quality control procedures you are given the peace of mind that your Company's valuable name and reputation will be upheld.

Delivery
As our products are made from our co-operation factory ,which from the most cost effective suppliers, Betrue may use several different suppliers to fulfill one order. In order to ensure your utmost convenience the goods will be collected in Betrue warehouse before shipping to your required destination. We can help with advise on forwarding agents, airfreight, sea freight , door to door delivery etc. It is our goal to ensure that you receive the highest quality products delivered to your own exacting standards.

Although we are happy to help and facilitate your requests on an as needed basis, we are also keen to develop longer-term relationships. Production Process
In an ideal world, you would already have a budget, timeframe, dates, numbers and a clear product requirement for your event or promotion. Who said this world was ideal? Betrue can help with suggestions for all of the above, but we would like to highlight the ordering and production process in order for you to have a better understanding of certain time constraints. Of course we are always happy to try and help with tight deadlines but to keep costs low then advance notice is always welcome

To specify the products OEM confirmation and delivery procedure
1 -- Please send us as much information as possible including type of premium required (if known),
number required, target price, target delivery date etc
2 -- Our Business Development Managers will reply with a quotation within 24 hours
3 -- Subject to price and delivery approval, we will then require your logo in an eps, ai ,pdf format together with instructions as to where this should be displayed
4 -- Betrue's Graphical design department will produce a virtual sample within 24 hours of receipt of logo
5 -- Order and delivery date confirmed, invoice issued
6 -- Upon receipt of sampling charges T/T, Pre-Production Sample ( PPS) will be created generally within 7-10 working days
7 -- PPS is approved or new sample created
8 -- Full production with a general lead-time of 3-4 weeks ,loaded port Shanghai or Ningbo
9 -- Quality Control and delivery, for Shanghai or Hangzhou delivery please allow 2-3 days, for Overseas
delivery please allow 4 weeks by sea or 1 week by air.
